Fellow golfers,
In the light of the DC-NY Annual Tournament that is coming up on October 13th, we are excited to hold the October Monthly medal on this Sunday October the 7th.
All players who will play in the DC-NY Tournament are encouraged to play as a warm-up event before the real tournament.
We have a mounting task to retain the cup this year, just like the final day of Ryder Cup 2012 when the Europe is behind after day 2.
All that said, our October Monthly Medal will be held at the
Herndon Centennial Golf Course
909 Ferndale Ave, Herndon, VA 20170
We have 3 tee times starting at 9:00 am
Green fees: TBA (expect around $60++)
We are introducing the new "Battle of the 24" Cup, sponsored by CAMAR.
For the first tournament, everyone with handicap above 20 is allowed to join.
Once we have more than 5 people with handicap 24 playing in each tournament, the cup will only be competed among the handicap of 24.
So come and join the fun. Everyone has a chance to win.
But more important, we'll have fun and build camaraderie out there.
